What you will do

• Build and develop senior relationships across key Financial Services accounts to shape loyalty and rewards propositions.
• Translate customer, commercial, and behavioral challenges into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal proposition, delivery, and technology teams to implement ideas.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and expand engagement programs.
• Support the development of new propositions, products, and engagement strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within large, complex organizations.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Propositions, Loyalty, Rewards, CRM, or Retention within a reputable Financial Services institution.
• Strong expertise in banking, cards, current accounts, or customer benefits.
• Proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience shaping customer experiences and engagement programmes.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, regulated environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and commercial relationship management skills.
