What you will do

• Define and drive copy strategy for digital products including storefront, app, and intake flows.
• Lead and mentor a team of senior product copywriters across various digital products.
• Champion the integration of AI tools into copywriting workflows, ideation, and content development.
• Serve as a senior cross-functional partner to product managers, designers, and developers.
• Synthesize and manage feedback from stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Establish, evolve, and enforce brand and content guidelines organization-wide.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital product copywriting.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Must be based in the US.
• Fluency with AI writing and productivity tools.
• Strong track record in data-driven marketing and conversion-focused experimentation.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
