Salary: $140,000–$160,000

What you will do
- Define and maintain a cohesive visual identity and design language across all course formats and industries.
- Lead the end-to-end production pipeline for video, animation, and interactive modules.
- Drive hands-on creative work including scripting, storyboarding, and art direction.
- Integrate AI-generated media tools into production workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
- Enforce rigorous quality control and QA standards for all interactive course content.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align creative output with business goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative direction or content production.
- Must be based in an approved US state (AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, LA, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI).
- Deep expertise in motion graphics, video production, and interactive design.
- Proven track record of defining and evolving brand visual identity.
- Hands-on experience with AI-generated media tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience leading creative teams or cross-functional project pods.
Nice to have
- Background in eLearning, workplace training, or SaaS industries.
- Experience fine-tuning or prompt-engineering AI models.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
- Experience building a creative function from an early stage.
