What you will do

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle for government (Medicaid, RAC) and commercial health plan opportunities, from intake to submission.
• Develop an AI-first content engine using Claude and other tools to build a structured, retrievable repository.
• Coordinate with cross-functional SMEs (Clinical, Product, Legal, Finance) to synthesize technical content into a cohesive narrative.
• Craft compelling storytelling and tight executive summaries for complex, high-page-count government responses.
• Manage review cycles, pricing coordination, legal sign-offs, and navigate procurement portals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proposal writing experience, including government healthcare RFPs.
• Direct experience in payment integrity, claims audit, or healthcare cost containment.
• Working knowledge of state Medicaid procurements, RAC programs, and FFS vs. MCO structures.
• Demonstrated ability to meaningfully integrate AI tools into daily writing workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
