What you will do
- Lead technical discovery and design of complex, large-scale CCaaS solutions integrating voice and digital channels.
- Architect solutions using AI/ML services for conversational AI, real-time agent assist, and sentiment analysis.
- Develop and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) integrated with CRM, WFO, and ERP systems.
- Act as a technical advisor for customer executives on security, compliance, API integration, and cloud architecture.
- Analyze the CCaaS competitive landscape to effectively position 's differentiation against competitors.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in technical pre-sales or solution architecture, with 5+ years in CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact centers.
- Deep experience designing modern cloud contact center reference architectures and microservices.
- Ability to integrate conversational AI solutions (bots, NLP) into customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and CPaaS concepts.
- Language proficiency: English, Chinese, and Korean are required.
- Must be based in China (no sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with heritage on-premise portfolio (Aura, Elite).
- Basic scripting skills in JavaScript or Python for rapid prototyping.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) or specialized CCaaS vendor certifications.
