What you will do

• Define and drive the architecture roadmap, focusing on scale, resilience, and AI integration.
• Act as a hands-on contributor, owning specific architectural domains through to production.
• Align architectural decisions with product roadmaps and business objectives in collaboration with leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of senior architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Communicate architectural vision clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI and machine learning infrastructure into the platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software architecture experience in product-based environments.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance, cloud-native platforms.
• Deep expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and high-volume data pipelines.
• Meaningful exposure to AI and Machine Learning within the last two years.
• Experience at a Director, Senior Director, VP, or Principal Architect level.
• Must be based in or committed to relocating to Lausanne, Switzerland.
