What you will do

• Lead large-scale data source rationalization initiatives to support the Enterprise Data Strategy.
• Assess and modernize thousands of enterprise data sources to reduce complexity and risk.
• Facilitate the migration of business lines toward trusted, approved Authorized Data Sources (ADSs).
• Engage with executive-level stakeholders to influence data management decisions.
• Synthesize complex data to inform strategic business decisions and drive accountability.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work on W-2 basis (No C2C or 1099).
• Must be located in or able to work from Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, or Phoenix, AZ.
• Strong understanding of data management risks and principles.
• Proven experience leading large transformation initiatives and driving strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with competing priorities.
