Salary: 800 EUR base + up to 200 EUR KPI bonus

What you will do

• Process booking requests for hotels, accommodation, transport, and excursions globally for VIP clients.
• Develop and present commercial offers to clients based on their specific requests.
• Search for and secure accommodation and additional services.
• Negotiate costs, payment terms, and cancellation policies directly with hotels and suppliers.
• Manage post-booking support, including modifications, cancellations, and relocations.

Requirements

• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Russian: Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Professional experience in tourism, concierge agencies, TMC, DMC, or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of hotel bases in the Russian Federation and popular destinations across Europe and Asia.
• Location: Must be based in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Thailand, Vietnam, or Kazakhstan.
• Functional computer and microphone for remote work.
