What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B partners, managing escalations and resolving complex issues.
• Monitor CRM cases to ensure timely resolution and proactive intervention.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Analyze service metrics and prepare reports using Tableau and SQL.
• Represent the voice of the client in internal meetings with ops, support, and tech teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (Advanced level) is required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data dashboards.
• Experience in B2B account or service management.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.
• Must be based in Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, China, or Kazakhstan.

Nice to have

• Experience in the travel industry (TMCs, DMCs, tour operators, or concierge agencies).
