What you will do

• Lead and line-manage Mechanical & Piping and E&I Completions Engineers, setting priorities and reviewing output.
• Own the project completions strategy, systemisation, and configuration of the completions database.
• Act as the primary interface between Construction and Commissioning to align priorities with the Stability Island sequence.
• Manage the project punch list (A, B, and C items) and the walkdown process (RFW, MC, RFSU).
• Review ITR/QC checksheets and sign off System Turnover Packages (STPs) and Mechanical Completion dossiers.
• Issue Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCCs) and System Acceptance Certificates (SACs) under NEC4 contracts.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Completions Lead or Manager on major mechanical, process, or power projects.
• Proven line management of multi-discipline completions teams.
• Hands-on experience with completions management systems such as WinPCS, GoCompletions, Hexagon Smart Completions, or Cora.
• Ability to read and challenge P&IDs, isometrics, line lists, and single-line diagrams.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Valid CSCS card (Manager/PQP grade) and SMSTS certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with FOAK (First-of-a-kind) or novel technology projects (LAES, hydrogen, CCS).
• Awareness of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, specifically regarding completion and defects certificates.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or Chartered status (CEng).
