What you will do

• Supervise and train modernization field employees, managing performance and progressive discipline.
• Administer the company safety program and conduct regular safety audits.
• Plan and prioritize elevator modernization projects and manpower needs using scheduling tools.
• Manage jobsites from survey to completion, including troubleshooting and quality audits.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and performance on turn-key projects.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with owners, consultants, and architects.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience managing at a branch departmental level.
• Ability to write professional reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Must be based in West Palm Beach, FL.
