What you will do
- Process customer orders efficiently, verifying product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Validate order details to ensure compliance with company policies and manage order releasing.
- Provide administrative support to inside sales representatives and coordinate with management for escalations.
- Track account activity for assigned customer groups and generate performance and market reports.
- Communicate order status to stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements
- College degree or High School Diploma with at least 3 years of functional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Order Management or Customer Service BPO.
- English: Good communication skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, or Zendesk.
- Background in supply chain or IT distribution industry is a significant advantage.
