What you will do
- Execute outbound consultative sales to health and wellness providers to drive CareCredit and financial product adoption.
- Manage a territory book of business, identifying opportunities to expand wallet share and increase revenue.
- Conduct provider education, onboarding, and training on product features and compliance requirements.
- Perform account performance reviews and implement action plans to increase product usage.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all provider engagements in Salesforce.
- Conduct professional virtual video meetings to provide client guidance and product training.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of established experience in Sales, Account Management, Field Sales, or Telephone Sales.
- Completed at least 2 years of College or a 2-year Associate Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engagement across phone, video, and email.
- Ability to work independently and hit KPI-driven targets in a high-energy environment.
Nice to have
- BA or BS degree.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar CRM/BI systems.
- Knowledge of financial products or services.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
- Experience conducting video-based sales meetings.
