What you will do
- Identify and acquire new Tier 1 and Tier 2 bank clients across The Philippines.
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies to win multi-year SaaS and digital transformation deals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and C-1 decision-makers.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in collaboration with internal product and solution consulting teams.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting using MEDDIC frameworks.
- Represent the company at industry events and workshops to reinforce thought leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million ARR deals with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.
- Established network of senior decision-makers within the Philippine financial sector.
- Deep understanding of digital banking trends, AI-driven personalization, and the APAC regulatory environment.
- Mastery of consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Willingness to travel across ASEAN (approximately 20–30% of the time).
