What you will do

  • Execute outbound calling as the primary focus, supplemented by email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify outbound leads to identify high-potential business opportunities.
  • Build rapport and lead consultative conversations with decision-makers.
  • Develop targeted prospecting lists and book quality meetings for the business development team.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline management in Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine and humanize outreach messaging.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B prospecting, appointment setting, or sales.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to adapt communication styles to read the room.
  • Proven confidence in cold outreach and handling objections.
  • Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • A self-driven, coachable mindset and a team-first attitude.
