What you will do
- Design and build the enterprise Revenue Operations function and commercial operating architecture.
- Establish a "commercial nerve center" for continuous monitoring of growth performance, including KPI hierarchies and management cadences.
- Partner with the CEO, Finance, and Clinical leadership to improve patient inflows, conversion, and overall census growth.
- Develop standardized reporting logic, scorecards, and intervention frameworks to drive accountability.
- Lead the evolution of RevOps technology, leveraging AI-enabled analytics and workflow automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Clinical Operations, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience scaling RevOps functions in high-growth, multi-site healthcare or B2C environments.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Deep expertise in funnel analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence.
- Experience in PE-backed or high-performance operating environments.
- Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities.
