Location: Hybrid (Ottawa, Canada)

Salary: $65,900.00 - $80,000.00 per year

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for process and system enhancements.
  • Map current-state GTM workflows and define future-state processes to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Analyze sales, product, and customer performance data to build reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Maintain data hygiene and governance standards across the Salesforce CRM.
  • Act as a liaison between GTM Operations, IT, Finance, and Sales leadership to communicate findings.
  • Support Salesforce configuration projects and operational reviews through clear documentation and process guides.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations, or Business Analysis within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business requirements gathering, process documentation, and workflow analysis.
  • Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency, including building reports and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of GTM concepts: pipeline management, lead lifecycle, forecasting, and funnel metrics.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
