What you will do

• Manage key corporate accounting areas including Goodwill, CECL Reserves, Share-based Compensation, and Statement of Cash Flows.
• Oversee the monthly close process and consolidation of financial results in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare various sections of Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and other SEC filings, including tie-outs and XBRL tagging review.
• Conduct accounting research and prepare memoranda for both recurring and non-routine transactions.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and implement process improvements and participate in special projects like system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5-6 years of total related work experience.
• Experience at a Big 4 public accounting firm is required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP is required.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and aptitude for learning systems like SAP, BPC, or OneStream.
