Salary: $60,000–$72,000

What you will do
- Identify, investigate, and resolve complex payroll, deferral, and eligibility discrepancies.
- Exercise independent judgment to triage and prioritize high-volume operational tasks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain knowledge bases while recommending process improvements.
- Monitor workload volume and ensure timely remediation of high-priority issues.
- Contribute operational insights to support platform enhancements and procedural efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Services, Operations, or SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment while adhering to regulatory frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and escalation.
Nice to have
- Experience with payroll systems.
- Proficiency with JIRA.
- Knowledge of ERISA-governed processes or regulated operational environments.
