TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (minimum 4 days per week in office) in Universal City, California

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Support factory audit programs for the Brand Development Group and their licensees and partners.
  • Manage audit requests, track submissions, and issue approval letters in a high-volume environment.
  • Maintain data integrity in internal databases and generate approved factory lists.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and use SQL queries to analyze factory compliance and trends.
  • Coordinate spot checks with Regional Managers and manage global contact lists and ethics policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office operations or program support with frequent data entry and system management.
  • Experience working with structured data, reports, or dashboards.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Universal City, CA office (hybrid, 4+ days/week).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
  • Experience with Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Fluency in a second language.
