What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day execution of shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, errors, or carrier challenges.
• Coordinate with shipping sites, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Handle high-volume email communication and prioritize urgent operational requests.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues across TL, LTL, rail, bulk, and specialized freight modes.
• Maintain accurate operational data and assist in resolving billing or invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across systems including email and TMS.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Must be based in or able to work from Exton, PA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Experience supporting gas, chemical, bulk, rail, or hazardous material transportation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
