What you will do

• Contribute to operations and deployment of Dashboard Platform features.
• Own, research, explore, and deliver developer experience improvements for platform users.
• Build new infrastructure platform services enabling quick and autonomous deployment for all teams.
• Create tooling, features, and guidelines that improve developer experience.
• Collaborate with developers to support adoption and usage of platform tools.
• Share knowledge on software engineering, testing, and deployment best practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of modern infrastructure management with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform on cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Experience in a similar role with the ability to lead projects autonomously and orchestrate changes across teams.
• Rigor in code quality and automated testing, following engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with AI coding agents.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Preference for candidates with experience at a similar stage (10,000+ customers, $50–200M ARR, high growth and frequent building/change).

Nice to have

• Experience with Go and Ruby on Rails.
• Knowledge of modern web development: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
