What you will do

• Design, build, and scale the platform architecture and infrastructure for digital health programs.
• Manage highly available services in EKS clusters and EC2 hosts, focusing on resiliency and cross-regional redundancy.
• Develop and improve developer tooling for secrets management, automations, and access management.
• Maintain and enhance self-hosted GitLab-based VCS and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering, InfoSec, and IT teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of other team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and building diverse AWS cloud architectures.
• Proven experience building and operating Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience using Datadog for application performance monitoring, custom metrics, and logs.
• Expertise in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting virtual Linux hosts and volumes.
• Must be based in the USA.

• Experience managing self-hosted GitLab.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in writing Golang.
