Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 CAD

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end data projects and high-impact proof-of-concepts from hypothesis development to implementation.
• Design and execute robust A/B tests and experimental frameworks using statistical analysis and causal inference.
• Measure the impact of data projects through creative techniques, narratives, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with data professionals to transition validated PoCs into scalable, robust organizational solutions.
• Lead the development and adoption of high analytics standards and methodologies across the Data Office.
• Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to be integrated into the evolving data roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, data strategy, or data engineering.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS) and modern transformation tools like dbt or Dataform.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) and version control (Github).
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada for the stated compensation package.
