What you will do

• Analyze real-world data to identify patterns in treatment and management costs.
• Identify clinical events using CPT, NDC, and ICD codes from structured databases.
• Conduct statistical analysis and survival modeling for clinical outcomes.
• Visualize data findings to create coherent, impactful stories for stakeholders.
• Support the development of digital pathology AI models.
• Collaborate with bioinformaticians and medical experts on research manuscripts.

Requirements

• PhD in Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent, or Master's with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with real-world insurance claims and EHR records.
• Expertise in SQL and R.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and visualization using tidyverse and ggplot.
• Advanced statistical analysis skills, specifically in survival modeling and hypothesis testing.
• Experience working in cloud computing environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of bioinformatics, genomics, and cancer biology.
• Research experience in urological oncology or digital pathology.
• Experience developing AI models such as LLM or vision/time series foundation models.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
