What you will do
- Build target partner lists from scratch, including VARs, resellers, ISVs, and system integrators across ERP ecosystems.
- Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns via cold email, calls, LinkedIn, and referral mining.
- Qualify partner fit through structured discovery focusing on technical alignment and revenue potential.
- Hand off qualified partner opportunities to the VP of Partnerships with complete briefings.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop outbound assets, pitch decks, and messaging tailored to partner segments.
- Represent the company at key ERP community events and partner summits to source new opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a partner BDR, channel development, or partner recruitment role within the ERP space.
- Direct working experience in at least one of the Acumatica, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystems.
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing net-new partners against an outbound quota.
- Genuine appetite for high-activity prospecting and cold outreach.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern sales engagement software.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for events and meetings.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships within the Acumatica, Sage, or Business Central partner communities.
- Background at an ERP ISV, VAR, or partner-led SaaS company.
- Deep understanding of partner economics, including margin structures and co-sell mechanics.
