What you will do

• Greet staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and personable manner.
• Maintain high visual standards for the reception, lobby, and office environment.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Office Managers to ensure a high-quality workplace experience.
• Coordinate responses to out-of-hours alarms and provide support during emergency situations.
• Manage guest enquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
• Represent the hirify.global and client brands according to their values and identity.

Requirements

• Sole UK national (British citizen only); dual nationals cannot be considered.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 5-year checkable work and education background.
• Ability to obtain National Security Clearance.
• Proven experience in corporate customer service, Front of House, or concierge roles.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and GSuite.
