What you will do

• Provide home-based services to families across the designated catchment area.
• Utilize a parent coaching model to empower families in their child's development.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and lead child and parent groups.
• Collaborate with community, medical, and specialty providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Office365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams), Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have
