What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for clients, resolving inquiries regarding business rules, configurations, and report outputs.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting logic using internal tools, logs, and configuration reviews.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure thorough resolution of complex client issues.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to maintain 24/7 global service continuity via the Follow the Sun model.
- Collaborate on enhancing support processes and creating internal knowledge base content and client documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, business analysis, or financial software support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to perform SQL queries and review logs.
- Excellent English (C1) and strong German language proficiency.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Java-based applications and cloud frameworks (AWS, Kubernetes).
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or Zendesk.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
