What you will do
- Provide technical support to Dutch customers via email and phone to guide them through account opening.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Optimize internal processes by updating FAQs, dashboards, and macros.
- Identify system anomalies and develop new problem-solving approaches.
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Up to one year of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and Flemish.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work from Paris or Barcelona.
