What you will do

  • Support clients during the integration process with hirify.global functionality.
  • Perform quality control and testing of new and existing integrations.
  • Maintain and update the integration FAQ and technical documentation.
  • Monitor and support daily system operations.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues using logs and database queries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Fluent Russian and English (B2 or higher).
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP and client-server architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems using logs.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Postman, Kibana, Azure, or .NET.
  • Familiarity with Git and ticketing systems like Jira or Freshdesk.
  • Experience with Datadog.
