What you will do
- Support clients during the integration process with functionality.
- Perform quality control and testing of new and existing integrations.
- Maintain and update the integration FAQ and technical documentation.
- Monitor and support daily system operations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues using logs and database queries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support.
- Fluent Russian and English (B2 or higher).
- Strong knowledge of HTTP and client-server architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems using logs.
Nice to have
- Experience with Postman, Kibana, Azure, or .NET.
- Familiarity with Git and ticketing systems like Jira or Freshdesk.
- Experience with Datadog.
