Location: Hybrid in Washington, D.C. (Only DC Metro Area candidates will be considered)

What you will do

• Analyze financial and operational IT data using TBM taxonomy and Apptio methodologies to enhance the Cost Transparency Model.
• Improve IT cost transparency and planning by validating and reporting financial performance to support budget decisions.
• Build and maintain automated data workflows, including configuration and testing within the Apptio platform.
• Support data governance activities by normalizing and validating data according to established frameworks.
• Collaborate with government clients and prepare technical documentation and analysis for senior staff.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and governance.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ETL processes for querying and preparing data.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be based in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

Nice to have

• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal agencies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred).
