Location: Based in Germany (requires up to 15% travel for face-to-face meetings)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top partner clubs through proactive communication and business reviews.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and visit partner clubs across Germany (up to 15% travel).
  • Onboard new partner clubs by providing necessary tools and information.
  • Execute demo calls with new prospects to drive growth.
  • Analyze needs of inactive partners and implement reactivation plans to reduce churn.
  • Improve operational performance of clubs to increase service quality and revenue.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success roles.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in German.
  • Professional business fluency in English.
  • Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the padel industry.
  • Experience working with Hubspot.
  • Passion for racket sports.
