What you will do

• Develop and maintain an internal Kubernetes platform for developer workflows, including hosting developer environments and central tooling.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and related development platform tools.
• Coordinate with developer teams to understand requirements, workflows, and platform needs.
• Enforce best practices for container development, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering.
• Contribute to platform engineering discussions on technology choice, implementation, and architecture.
• Develop supporting analysis and engineering tools for the software factory.

Requirements

• 3–5 years (or 5–8 years) of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD platforms and pipeline development (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Extensive production experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration, ideally deployed as infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred).
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages (Python or Go preferred).
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.) and DevSecOps principles for secure build pipelines and compliance automation.
