What you will do

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Identify, map, and analyze project stakeholders and maintain detailed stakeholder registers.
• Coordinate with Dubai authorities, including municipalities and utility providers, to secure permits, approvals, and NOCs.
• Act as the primary interface between the project team and external stakeholders.
• Identify stakeholder-related risks and develop comprehensive mitigation plans.
• Prepare stakeholder management reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in stakeholder management within engineering consultancy, PMC, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes and regulatory requirements.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree or PMP certification.
• Arabic language skills.
• Experience working on large-scale UAE projects.
• Experience in engineering consultancy or PMC environments.
