What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of holographic production shoots, executive demos, and tech showcases.
• Manage schedules, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination for high-profile public experiences.
• Represent the production team with diplomacy when engaging with VIPs, clients, and senior leadership.
• Track project progress from initial planning through post-delivery, identifying risks and ensuring follow-through.
• Test and integrate emerging technologies into creative workflows and event experiences.
• Maintain project documentation and support procurement and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Experience in game, film, creative, or technology-driven production environments.
• Professional communication skills for engaging with VIPs and key stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership and drive tasks forward in a dynamic, startup-like setting.
• Passion for storytelling and leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance real-world experiences.

Nice to have

• Background in event management, VFX, or immersive technologies.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Notion, Trello, Shotgrid, Excel, or Figma.
