Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly Finance Committee materials and supporting presentations.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes using Adaptive Planning capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity between Adaptive and ERP systems.
• Maintain and enhance workforce planning, cash-flow, and 5-year financial models.
• Build driver-based predictive models to support scenario planning and decision-making.
• Create visual dashboards to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a 501(c)(3) or public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills (SUMIFS, INDEX MATCH, etc.).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY.
• Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or FPAC certification.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights or major EPM tools like Hyperion or Planful.
