What you will do

• Execute and manage A/B testing and site optimization strategies using tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Adobe Target.
• Set up custom reports, segments, and event tracking within web analytics suites such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude.
• Implement and manage personalization initiatives within enterprise CMS platforms including Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or Shopify.
• Collaborate with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to activate audience data for real-time personalization.
• Utilize basic frontend knowledge to ensure correct browser rendering and implementation of A/B tests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in site optimization.
• Proven hands-on experience with optimization and A/B testing software.
• Proficiency in setting up custom analytics reporting and tracking.
• Experience editing and publishing within enterprise CMS platforms.
• Must be based in Portugal or Brazil.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CDPs such as Segment or Tealium.
• Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
