What you will do

• Process files and academic documents from various global educational regions.
• Verify academic information for accuracy and consistency against source documentation.
• Apply WES methodology to make well-informed decisions on standard case files.
• Maintain strict security and privacy of all applicant information.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure an efficient end-to-end evaluation workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong English proficiency (ability to read and communicate).
• Reading proficiency in German and/or French (ability to comprehend documents).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume remote environment.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in credential processing and monitoring.
• Prior experience with credential evaluations.
• Knowledge of international or foreign systems of education.
