What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document strategies and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements by working with architects, developers, and testers.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases.
• Verify developed solutions by reviewing and validating test results.
• Provide insights to stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English skills required for an international environment.
• Proven experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Understanding of API development, data mapping, and process modelling.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical skills in SQL, user interface prototyping, and design.
• Ability to read and work with architecture diagrams such as sequence diagrams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector (PSD2, PSD3/PSR, NFR).
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API.
