What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Monitor procurement compliance with organizational and donor regulations, supporting tendering and contract management.
  • Oversee full asset lifecycle management, including tagging, maintenance tracking, and disposal.
  • Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery of supplies to programme sites.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to country-level logistics staff to implement standardized SCM tools and SOPs.
  • Track supply chain performance and maintain accurate reporting for internal and donor audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
  • Experience working in humanitarian or development contexts.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting multi-country or field-based operations.
  • Familiarity with donor compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience in nutritional and Plumpy nut SCM and Logistics.
