What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between end users, internal departments, and IT suppliers.
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.
• Oversee central contract and license management systems to maintain accurate asset inventories.
• Support end users with procurement planning, supplier onboarding, and portal navigation.
• Negotiate favorable supplier agreements and conduct vendor interviews.
• Recommend improvements to procurement workflows, documentation, and system procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in a procurement, buyer, or administrative role.
• Mandatory experience in IT procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an economical field.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new software and contract management tools.
