What you will do

  • Manage data relationships between patient services, specialty distributors, pharmacy vendors, and data aggregators.
  • Lead data reviews and curate new or enhanced data assets for Commercial Strategy and Market Access teams.
  • Act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Commercial IT, Ops, Leadership) and external data vendors.
  • Perform data profiling to ensure the integrity and availability of data for stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor SLAs to ensure the delivery of accurate, complete, and timely data files.
  • Provide production data support for critical analytics and reporting projects.

Requirements

  • Experience aligning and managing data aggregator services to meet business and data needs.
  • Proficiency in conducting data analysis to ensure usability and quality of deliverables.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive data management plans.
  • Proven skill in planning and managing internal and external resources effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders regarding data quality and program changes.
