What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory revenue and margin targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline management, solution demonstrations, and contract execution.
  • Use Salesforce.com daily for accurate reporting, opportunity tracking, and collaboration across national sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers; deliver consultative presentations and business cases with quantified ROI.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction while maintaining proposal and program quality.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new technologies to demonstrate value.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally as needed.
