What you will do

• Act as the P&C lead for assigned business areas, translating organizational needs into impactful HR solutions.
• Advise leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with leaders on workforce planning.
• Coordinate annual performance management, talent calibration, and objective setting processes.
• Oversee compensation and benefits analysis, including salary references and social benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and manage labor relations and employee issues.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Administration, Business, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
• English: C1 level (Advanced spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
