What you will do
- Develop and execute advanced media planning strategies across diverse client portfolios.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to objectives.
- Lead brainstorms and idea creation to deliver innovative solutions for client business goals.
- Build and maintain mid-senior level relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate complex data and market trends into actionable insights and compelling storytelling.
- Coach team members on best practices, workload prioritization, and professional development.
Requirements
- Right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
- Advanced understanding of media channels, ecosystems, and planning methodologies.
- Proven experience in campaign management and commercial agency practices.
- Expertise in translating strategic briefs into effective multi-media plans.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
