What you will do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex B2B influencer campaigns, ensuring all KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Oversee content creation pipelines from brief to final delivery across social, digital, and offline channels.
- Develop and present strategically sound pitch and campaign decks for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Build and maintain trusting client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day lead.
- Identify, vet, and negotiate contracts with B2B thought leaders, industry experts, and creators.
- Mentor and guide Account Executives, supporting their professional growth and acting as an escalation point.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of dedicated experience in influencer marketing, corporate PR, or B2B marketing/sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B audiences and professional social networks, specifically LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to create polished, logical, and visually compelling strategy and pitch decks.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with a track record of building productive relationships.
- Must be located in London to support a hybrid working pattern.
- Ability to navigate complex corporate compliance, legal, and brand safety requirements.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with content production processes, including video shoots and licensing.
- Experience working within a Corporate PR agency or B2B sales environment.
- Experience mentoring or delegating tasks to junior team members.
- Deep passion for the creator economy and emerging B2B social platforms.
