What you will do

• Plan and manage digital inventory across iPlayer, web, and social channels.
• Schedule and manage activity across organic and paid social media platforms.
• Provide resilience support for linear inventory as required.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams across NI, Scotland, Wales, and network teams.
• Monitor performance and analyze data to provide insights for campaign optimization.

Requirements

• Experience working with data, preferably within media, broadcasting, or communications.
• Understanding of media planning and scheduling processes and inventory types.
• Passion for Northern Ireland audiences and alignment with hirify.global priorities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Confident decision-making skills under pressure within fast-paced broadcast environments.

• High level of computer literacy and strong spreadsheet skills.
