What you will do

• Provide broad, hands-on support for day-to-day IT operations across hardware and software.
• Deliver first-line technical support for end-user systems and printers.
• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, networking, and server environments.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Manager on various IT projects.
• Support both technical and non-technical users to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT Support Analyst or similar hands-on technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and environments.
• Broad technical understanding of infrastructure, networking, or server environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Dewsbury for fully onsite work.
• Ability to work a part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week.
