What you will do

• Lead and grow the TPM organization, setting strategic direction and supporting professional growth.
• Refine technical program management and engineering processes for the delivery of autonomous commercial vehicle products.
• Drive progress toward key milestones and maintain regular communication across all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with leadership to break down organizational silos and create cross-functional alignment.
• Manage and report on group budgets, initiatives, and operational procedures.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and compensation analysis to ensure talent retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Product Management leadership experience, including managing other people leaders.
• Proven knowledge and experience in the automotive, ADAS, or autonomous vehicle industry.
• Experience directing a functional area with an impact across the entire organization.
• Ability to develop business plans and operational priorities to meet organizational goals.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience specifically within the L4 Autonomous Trucking or Vehicle Industry.
